Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Measure your pet's chest girth, neck circumference, and back length. Chest girth, the widest part behind the front legs, is the most important measurement for clothing. Compare your measurements with our size chart, and when in doubt, size up for a more comfortable fit.

What if my pet is between sizes?

We recommend sizing up. A slightly looser fit is much more comfortable for pets than something too tight. You can always adjust with our adjustable straps or tie details on certain styles.

Do you offer sizes for cats?

Yes. Many of our designs are suitable for both small dogs and cats. Check individual product descriptions for size recommendations. For cats, a comfortable chest fit is especially important to ensure freedom of movement.

My pet has a deep chest, long body, or thick neck. Will your clothes fit?

We design with different body types in mind. Each product page includes detailed measurements. If your pet has a unique body type, feel free to message us with your pet's measurements and we'll help you pick the perfect fit.

Fabric & Quality

What materials do you use?

We use premium, pet-safe fabrics, primarily cotton blends, fleece, and breathable woven materials. All fabrics are Oeko-Tex certified or equivalent, meaning they're free from harmful substances. We prioritize softness, durability, and comfort.

Are your products safe for pets with sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our fabrics are chosen to be gentle on sensitive skin, with no rough seams, irritating tags, or chemical treatments. Some styles feature anti-static lining for extra comfort. If your pet has severe allergies, feel free to reach out for specific material info.

Will the fabric pill or fade after washing?

We test all our fabrics for wash durability. Our prints and colors are set to withstand regular gentle washing. To keep them looking their best, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and air drying.

What makes Doopii Dream designs unique?

Every piece is thoughtfully designed by our founder. We don't use generic templates. You'll find original prints, modern silhouettes, and special details like contrast trims, hidden pockets, and adjustable features that you won't see from other pet brands. We believe your pet deserves something as unique as they are.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from our warehouse. We offer standard shipping options at checkout. If you need express shipping, please feel free to contact us.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days, depending on destination. Processing time is 1-3 business days before dispatch. During sales or peak seasons, please allow a few extra days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our shipping policy for details.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country's customs office. These charges vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For PO boxes, please choose standard shipping. Unfortunately, express shipping is not available to PO box addresses. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Do you offer free returns?

We offer free exchanges for size issues within your first order, one time only. For regular returns, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. If the size doesn't work out, we're happy to help you exchange. We recommend trying the item on your pet indoors first. If it doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a size exchange.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?

We're so sorry. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

Do you accept returns from international customers?

Yes, international returns are accepted. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duties fees incurred. For defective items, we'll cover the return shipping.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Washing & Care

How should I wash Doopii Dream products?
  • Machine wash cold, 30°C / 86°F, on a gentle cycle or hand-wash.
  • Turn inside out to protect prints and details.
  • Use mild detergent, and avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
  • Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not iron directly on prints or embellishments.
Can I put the clothes in the dryer?

We recommend air drying only. Heat from dryers can shrink the fabric and damage prints or delicate details.

My pet's clothing gets dirty fast. Is it easy to clean?

Yes. Our fabrics are designed for easy care. Most stains come off with a gentle pre-treatment and a cold machine wash. Darker colors and prints also hide everyday dirt well between washes.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay so you can check out however is most convenient for you.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change something, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually accommodate changes. Once shipped, we'll need to handle it as a return instead.

Do you offer discounts for first-time buyers or loyalty rewards?

We're based in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, and we ship to pet lovers all around the world.

Are your products handmade or mass-produced?

Each design is created in limited batches to ensure quality control. We prioritize quality over quantity, so every piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you.

Do you test your products on animals?

Absolutely not. All our products are tested on willing family pets, including our founder's own pets, never through animal testing.
