📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

- Doopii Dream is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
- These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.

🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order at any time by:

- Contacting us at customer.service@doopiidream.com with your order number
⚠️ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a reshipment or refund.
Damaged Upon Arrival
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and the product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund
Delayed Shipments
We understand waiting is hard! While we can't guarantee delivery dates, we'll do our best to help track down your package. Please reach out to customer.service@doopiidream.com and we'll assist.
📍 Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Doopii Dream is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before the order ships.
